You can use them across desktop, web, and mobile apps — and integrate most into Teams in under 2 minutes.

  • ✅ Use Tabs for Visibility
Pin your most-used templates as permanent tabs in your Teams channels to keep workflows front and centre — no more digging through files.

  • ✅ Combine Tools for Maximum Power
Pair OneNote with MS Lists or Forms to create interactive team hubs that combine notes, checklists, and feedback all in one place.

  • ✅ Use SharePoint for Centralised Access
Store all templates in a connected SharePoint folder so everyone on the team always accesses the latest version — no duplicates or version confusion.

  • ✅ Automate with Power Automate
Connect Lists, Forms, and Outlook using Power Automate (Flows) to auto-assign tasks, send reminders, or route responses — it’s easier than you think and super powerful.
